Sangini has a vision to reduce violence and gender discrimination from the society with campaigns to stop child marriage, rape, domestic violence, sexual abuse, campaign on effective implementation of PWDVA, 2005, Sexual Harassment Act, 2013, etc., through various activities like public dialogue between women, girls and police officers, testimony sharing by survivors of violence, street play, poster making, talk show, rally, public dialogue, film show, exhibitions legal and awareness camps in Bhopal and other districts of Madhya Pradesh.
The organisation is also part of other national networks like one billion rising campaign, father care campaign, we can campaign, sweep campaign and global charter for humanity. We organized number of programmes to spread information and awareness on several issues on eve teasing, sexual harassment at public place/public transport child marriage, domestic violence, gender equality, etc.#Break the Silence (Khamoshi Todo Abhiyan) is going on since 2003. Under this Sangini is organizing campaign on sixteen days of activism to end violence against women and girls under various themes.
